Do You Need to Wear Goggles for Squash?
Goggles are not compulsory for adults but are strongly recommended, especially for juniors and doubles.
Most people don't consider wearing squash goggles until they are involved in an accident or see one. To be clear, squash is not dangerous, but sharing a court with somebody who is hitting a ball about the size of your eye requires a common sense approach. Some people say it affects their play, and that's true, but all I can tell you is that I recommend all players to spend the first 2 years wearing them.
